Upon the signing of a contract, 50% of rental is due. The remaining balance is due 6 months prior to event.

A one-hour rehearsal time slot is included in all wedding rentals. The date and time will be finalized 4 weeks prior to the event based on the availability and time approved by The Offsite Collaboration Center. Dinner services are permitted if time allows but additional charges will apply.
Yes! Delivery is also allowed. Let us know if you need a recommendation.
Yes! Our preferred vendor list is for your convenience but you are not required to use them.
Our prep kitchen at the Neenah location includes metal prep tables, a prep sink, refrigerator, freezer, and a bulk coffee maker.
Candles are permitted on site, as long as they are enclosed in a glass votive at least three inches higher than the flame. Sparklers and fireworks are not permitted.
